Having run Solace Energy for 30 years, Doug Rempel is the current heating and energy efficiency guru at Solace Homeworks. So when it came time to building his retirement home on the shores of Lillooet Lake, BC, Doug naturally jumped at the chance to build a house that was completely sustainable and energy efficient.
